Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Community Personal Trainer to drive and operate our mobile fitness facility. You’ll deliver personalised and group training sessions to individuals from marginalised and underserved communities, including people living in temporary housing, those in recovery, and those facing mental, physical, or social health barriers.
This is not a typical gym job — it's a chance to bring the gym to the community, break down barriers to access, and be a driving force for change.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the mobile gym safely to community locations and set up equipment as needed.
Deliver inclusive, engaging personal training and small group sessions tailored to individual needs.
Support participants with a variety of goals, conditions, and confidence levels — from complete beginners to those returning to fitness.
Build relationships within the community to foster trust, encourage participation, and reduce isolation.
Ensure safety and cleanliness of the mobile gym, including basic vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
Track attendance, outcomes, and feedback for impact reporting.
Collaborate with the wider Fitness Rush team and partner organisations to coordinate schedules and support.
