Concession Manager - Sheeplands Hare Hatch Reading Garden Centre

As an experienced retail professional, you will take pride in your management and problem solving skills in a fast moving environment.

You must be self motivated with a pro-active approach to maintaining and improving sales and standards.

As Concession Manager you will be responsible for all areas of the mat including:

People management – recruitment, training & performance management.
Stock control - including ordering and management.
Merchandising – implementing and monitoring sales.
Budget management – wage costs, sales, treating every £1 as your own.
Planning – long and short term plans for sales improvement.
