We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor.
As a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Conference Manager in the successful day to day running of the conference department. You will liaise with all trainers through the duration of their course, responding to any requests and communicating any information gained to the Sales and Restaurant departments. You will take care of the venues’ and client’s IT equipment, including data projectors, audio and visual equipment and you will be responsible to promote a high standard of quality. You will also motivate and develop your team to provide a top rate service to our guests.
We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.
Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not necessary.
