What’s on offer:
Salary: €150’000 basic p/a
Profit share on consults / surgeries personally performed - strong potential to build up to €350K bonus by month 18 = total annual earnings of €500K
(Top earners are on north of €800K)
IMC application fee
Medical indemnity
Relocation of up to €10K reimbursed

Interview w/ CEO & MD / CMO
2 Day Clinic Visit

You'll visit 2 clinics are part of this trip
Here you will shadow in consultations, theatre, meet some of the clinical team, meet the clinical trials manager
The MD & CEO will bring you out for dinner to close off the visit and discuss the finer contract details

Following that:
IMC application (register for both Medical & Surgical Ophthalmology)
On boarding and relocation

Sub Specialties covered:
Glaucoma
Oculoplastics
Paediatrics
Aesthetics

Average daily consults > 50 – 60
Average daily cataracts > 20 – 30
Typical weekly schedule (open to change) – 4 – 5 days across Monday – Saturday. Flexible schedule where possible.
If required in another location for 2 or more days, hotel is covered by the clinic.
