Job Description

We are currently seeking a Contract Manager to join our team working on our prestigious Virgin Media contract. The position will be primarily based in the South and West London areas.

The main responsibilities of the role are to manage a region with a structure made up of Area, Team Managers and Technicians that undertake installation and repairs on Virgin Media’s products, (Modem, DTV, and Telephony) and basic Network elements as required, in accordance with the Company SOP and all other technical requirements.

The Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring that their team is effectively deployed, ensuring that all work is completed safely and within a timely and professional manner, hitting or exceeding stringent service level agreements. Maintaining an up to date understanding of technical, contractual, commercial and financial requirements of the Contract, as well as promoting and ensuring the team focus on improving performance in Health, Safety & Environment are also key requirements of the role.
