Job Description

Hours: 20 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 12.30pm - 4.30pm and Friday 9.30 am - 1.30 pm

Occasional Saturday 8 am -12 pm only once every 8 - 10 weeks

Your part in the team

We are looking to recruit an energetic, passionate and enthusiastic individual to join the Contact Centre Team as a Customer Experience Co-ordinator.

Based in our Wednesbury head office, you will be dealing with a high volume of current and potential customers via inbound calls and emails

You will be a champion of delivering a first class customer experience in our contact centre, understanding our customers and their needs - you will be their champion, delivering a first class customer experience and pro-actively offering solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, account retention and revenue generation.

You will relish responsibility, take accountability, You will have a positive, can-do attitude and be someone who constantly strives to do better. Your innovative and curious nature will help us try new approaches, find creative solutions and constantly improve our customer`s experience.

You will be an articulate team player who is outgoing, dynamic and willing to go the extra mile
