Our Client, working exclusively for Trafalgar Travel, are looking for a 1st class Digital Content Editor to join the team. You`ll be part of a team whose sole focus is on client`s digital efforts so this is very much akin to a client side role.

Job Purpose

- Support the Digital Content Team in maintaining and growing the global websites for the brand for both their Consumer and Trade audiences.
- Proactively support the Trip Product Manager in realising product feeds to Travel Agents
- Take a lead role in content maintenance for their Costsaver website
- Assist with UAT for website and digital products, ensuring new developments are functional, fit for purpose, and capable of driving a positive user experience.
- Responsible for campaign builds across, TT, Agent and CS websites
- Assist with QA and proofreading to ensure all brand websites contain accurate, relevant and current product and service information.
- Administer the team helpdesk, acting on and responding to all helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Familiar with Photoshop, HTML and CMS
- Through proactive communication, contribute to the building of relationships with Trafalgar`s regional and global stakeholders and partners.

Daily Objectives

- Using the Freshdesk Helpdesk software to diagnose, solve and communicate with customers on support issues, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
- Using SiteCore CMS to create amend or remove web content or pages from one of the 8 regional websites and Trade sites.
- Liaising with Travcorp Group IT and Trafalgar regional teams to troubleshoot Agent login issues.
- Performing QA on web pages, new functionality and bug fixes.
- Writing copy, either online within web pages or in offline documents to ensure quality and consistency of content.
- Positively contributing to team meetings, brainstorming sessions or other interactive workshops.

The role reports to the Head of Web Delivery and is based in the centre of beautiful Bromley (15 minutes from London Victoria). The hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
