CLIENT

Our Client has 7 well established recruitment offices across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Our client has been specialising solely within the education sector for 10 years. Their staff are committed to delivering a quality service to both Clients and Candidates. Due to company growth, they are now looking to recruit a number of additional consultants to join the business.

ROLE

You will initially start in a sales position that will eventually turn into a 360 role (if no previous recruitment prior). There is full in house training provided with a pool car available for client-candidate visits. Working in a group of 6, you will enjoy being part of a team, with both individual and team bonuses on offer. Daily duties will entail new business development, visiting clients for service reviews as well as recruiting teaching professionals on a daily basis for temporary placements. Staff incentives, such as; gifts and company nights out. Due to the sector, consultants start at 07:20, however there is reduced hours during school holidays.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Self-motivated, determined, confident in your ability to develop Consultants to deliver consistently high levels of service
Ideally have a good experience in a recruitment role is preferred, however, candidates from a B2B background will be considered.
Live within a sensible commute of Hull
Full driving license is essential
