Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
2. Identify and develop key accounts
3. Market (SPEK) candidates to current and potential clients. .
4. Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
5. Manage clients and candidates to close assignments successfully
6. Maintain and develop existing clients through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
7. Use client and prospect client activity tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
8. Realise Hi-flyers Mission, Vision, SPIRIT and Core Values.
9. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
10. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
11. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues.
12. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
13. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
14. Search, Source, Screen, Short-list and Select suitable candidates for interview and placement.
15. Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
16. Collaborate strongly with team members in achieving the company’s vision and objectives.
17. Any other administrative duties assigned by Superiors and Directors.
