Applying for the Education Telemarketer role

Exa Networks was founded in 2003 with one simple aim. To be the best business and education Internet Service Provider (ISP). With an ethos firmly based on genuine customer service and security to its customers, Exa Networks aims to offer organisations that rely on the Internet something different. With a core team whose experience and hands on work within the ISP sector is cumulatively over 60 years, Exa Networks brings you a wealth of knowledge and services second to none. The driving force behind all decisions made by Exa Networks is our aim to provide absolute customer satisfaction. Since our formation, our engineering team has never stopped investing into or improving our network and services. We work to be always at least one step ahead of the needs of our customers which is why we make sure to have plenty of spare capacity when it comes to network planning. Our network core, based on Juniper routers and Foundry switches, is able to route over 20 times the traffic we are currently seeing, allowing Exa to handle the unexpected while keeping performance as our vanguard. With a full portfolio of Internet services available, Exa Networks offers businesses and educations sectors a real one stop shop for reliable, fast and secure Internet connectivity and associated services. Exa`s network team believes in transparency and is proud of the confidence our customers place in them. That is why they will be happy to answer any of your questions or to share their knowledge. As we have already said, we pride ourselves on our customer service and support levels, but to ensure that we keep these standards up we have implemented and been accredited with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. These approved standards for working practices and security infrastructure help us to ensure that these never drop. We have also recently gone through our PCI DSS accreditation process and expect to be fully accredited in the coming months. This accreditation is essential for our retail customers, or other organisations who process credit cards. It`s always nice to win things, and at Exa we have developed a nice habit of being finalists or winners at the Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) awards for the last seven (including 2011) consecutive years. In the past we have won the awards for Best Business Broadband and Best Dial Up. The ISPA`s are our industries BAFTA`s, and unlike other ISP awards they are judged on a technical side two, with a rigorous three month testing period of our services each year. In 2010 we were named as finalists and were eventual runners up for for Best Business Customer Service and Best Dedicated Hosting. And now in 2011 we have again best short listed for the Best Customer Service Award, along with Best Mobile Broadband Provider and BEst Internet Safety/Security Product for our content filtering system, SurfProtect.
