Job Description

Job purpose:
We are looking for a skilled eMarketing Executive, to drive our online strategy and improve awareness of the business within our target market with the aim of improving conversion rates and return on investment online.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1.To work with a variety of analytical tools to look at patterns of use of the website, performance of Advatek vs. its competitors & external search engine results to identify opportunities and best practice.

2.Manage linking of web analytics data with behavioural targeting, user registration or other types of data to provide a more holistic picture of our online customers.

3.Perform regular site tracking analyses and recommend actions to improve SEO, site visitor experience and online fulfilment experience (contributing to improved conversion rates).

4.Provide comparison and insight into reports provided by third parties e.g. online advertising reports, Google ad words etc. to ensure consistency of reporting and identify opportunities for improvement.

5.Create, manage and analyse performance metrics of email campaigns, providing leads to the sales team.

6.Measure effectiveness of integrated (offline & online) marketing activity. Make recommendations for running selections to extract users for outbound emarketing activity and set up templates and processes to generate and track responses from these activities.

7.Manage social networking activity & social media coordination.

8.Organise and manage corporate events.

9.Coordinate more traditional methods of offline marketing.

10.Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and tactics to target and develop varied supporter groups including monitoring of market and competitor activity.

11.Provide reports and recommendations, based on analysis of available data and trends to promote best-practice in web activity and further the company’s customer relationship aims.

12.Undertake any other duties as requested.
