Job Description

A B2B, commercially driven European Sales Manager (up to £40k + uncapped comms + travel allowance) is needed for one of the leading adhesive manufacturers in the world. With offices in UK, Europe and Asia they design and manufacture high-quality, own label adhesive, acrylic and polymer products for multiple markets.

The Market:-

Their bespoke, high-performance products' are instant adhesives (cyanoacrylate), anaerobics, acrylics, photopolymers and UV curing products for a wide variety of sectors including retail, manufacturing, graphics, cosmetics, medical, construction and household chemicals mostly sold via independent and national DIY resellers/sheds.

This is a high volume product development, manufacturing and repeat business environment where orders range from £2k-60k.

The Candidate:-

A self-motivated and experienced European Sales Manager with superb communication and organisational skills who can hit the ground running.

Proven sales and business development skills and is likely to be a Business Development Manager, European Key Account Manager or Country Manager at the moment.

Ideally will have experience and success selling industrial products/brands to European distributors and will be willing to travel as required.

The European Sales Manager role:-

Predominantly office based with easy access to the Northants head office; the European Sales Manager will follow up hot leads and create opportunities whilst overseeing and maximising revenues on existing international accounts.

The European Sales Manager will collaborate with internal departments to manage and report on costs, pricing, forecasting, launch, raw materials and stock holding for new and existing customer brands.
