Job Description

Juice Hospitality are looking for an experienced event sales executive to work with an exclusive five star hotel in Herts. You'll be responsible for developing business within corporate and private business sectors and to achieve financial targets. To cross sell all areas of the Estate and to work with marketing to role out the annual sales and marketing plan, presenting our product to end commercial consumers and developing business at all levels.

Work Related Experience

1. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in face to face sales role.
2. Excellent, concise and professional telephone manner essential.
3. Must possess exceptional communication and organisation skills.
4. Proven track record of achievement in sales and achieving targets.
5. Must have very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems (training will be provided for CRM).

Personal Qualities

1. Immaculate personal appearance.
2. A confident and mature approach is essential.
3. Flexibility.
4. Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
5. Must be self motivated, whilst understanding the importance of working as part of a team.
6. A positive and outgoing personality is essential.
