Better Healthcare Services are a friendly, independent care agency with over twenty years’ experience of providing quality staffing to the care sector consistently and efficiently.

At Better Healthcare, we truly believe that caring is a vocation not just a job. We understand the pressures of the role so ensure that all of our care workers are valued, respected and supported in their own careers. Our main priority is ensuring a consistent stream of quality work is available to all of our workforce.

I am working on behalf of a long term client who have on-going opportunities for support workers. They provide an extremely high quality of service and have an excellent reputation within the marketplace.

This will be on a temporary basis with regular fulltime hours available. They have a mix of residential, intensive support and supported living services available and there is opportunity for staff to work across all services and a mix of full/part time if desired.

Due to the location of some of the sites, drivers are preferred but not essential as public transport is available for some locations.

You will:

Work in partnership with colleagues and managers to provide a strengths-based, outcomes-focused approach for all individuals;
Act in the best interests of the person you are supporting and undertake all duties with a focus on providing a high quality, safe, caring and compassionate service
Work with colleagues co-operatively and participate in creating a culture which is supportive, inclusive, accepting of difference and permits all individuals to have an equal voice.
Ensure the quality of support given meets the identified needs and that all relevant documentation is regularly reviewed, evaluated and amended as necessary

These really are opportunities not to be missed and having worked with this client for over 5 years we have seen a workforce that is valued, committed and invested within.

Please do call us to discuss further so we can talk more in-depth about the services and the opportunities available.
