Job Title: Fire & Security Administrator

Location: Loanhead, Midlothian - Applicants must have the right to work in the UK

Salary: Competitive

Contract: Permanent

Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 - 40 hours per week (Overtime may be required)

We are currently recruiting for Fire & Security Administrator to join our passionate and driven team based at our client`s site in Loanhead, Midlothian.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and update house Portal and Company Programmes providing updates at all times
- Schedule and monitor engineers or sub-contractors to complete task
- Collate Engineer reports and send on to Client or internal team
- Maintain records for Engineer`s leave, Call Out Rota
- Provide Administration support to Fire & Security Management as required
- Assist in the day to day running of the Fire & Security Division in service & projects
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
- To be always fully aware of contractual requirements and customer need
- To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately
- Always Working in a safe manner, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and Atalian Servest H&S policy
- Flexibility in working hours to meet Contractual KPI`s

Qualifications/Experience& Key Skills:

- Experience in a customer service environment ideally within a Fire & Security, M&E or FM Sector
- Good Working knowledge of Microsoft including Word & Excel
- Previous experience working in the Fire & Security Industry is advantageous
- Customer focussed individual with proactive approach
- Ability to work on own initiative and or as part of a team
- Ability to always work safely and the ability to understand contract and Health & Safety requirements/regulations
- To attempt to solve issues in the first instance in a manner that will not put the client`s products or people at risk of contamination because of our work
- Possess effective communication skills with ability to write reports and or communicate verbally with supervisor, manager, helpdesk, and client representatives
- Contribute to business continuity
- Awareness & understanding of statutory compliance obligations
- Ability to identify issues or risks that require escalation as necessary to Supervisor or Manager
- This role will require Disclosure Scotland, Baseline or other similar security clearance may also be required
