The role of the Inbound Business Development follow-up inbound enquiries from Marketing Campaigns and generate a minimum of 30 sales opportunities per month for Inside Sales, Partners or Named Account Managers from SME, Mid-Market or Large Corporate Accounts and generate £2M closed revenue per.

• Follow-up through use of customer centric selling skills to generate 65 sales opportunities per quarter from inbound sales inquiries to achieve annual $1.5 M Revenue Target.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Account Executives, Inside Sales and Resellers to win new opportunities and grow the business.
• Track and managing prospects through
• Meeting and exceed monthly quota New Opportunities. Build Rapport and identify goals and SMART objectives of clients, qualify timeframes, decision making process, and key needs.
• Participate in team meetings, networking, tradeshow events, and activities to grow the business.
• Follow-up inbound leads within 1 day of customer enquiry and prioritise inbound calling queues.
• Provide reports on all business development activities.
• Able to build rapport and clearly articulate benefits of the product as it relates to inbound customer enquiry environment to demonstrate business value.
• Ability to initiate the first phase of the sales cycle, create awareness, interest identify the goal that can lead to a successful sale.
• Ability to speak with high level executives about the company’s business solutions.
• Ability to overcome objections and effectively articulate a business message.

Experience, Education and Qualifications required:
• Business Fluent in French & English
• Good phone based networking skills
• Strong hunting mindset
• Strong productivity ethic and goal orientation
• Solution oriented approach to selling and excellent listening skills
• Proven excellent communication skills including the ability to ask direct questions
• Strong business acumen across various industries.
• Able to gain rapport on the phone and quickly gain trust with the prospects as well as inside sales, resellers and account executives.
