Job Description

Montreal Associates are looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to support the expansion of our French team. As a Resourcer, you will source candidates (IT contractors), maintain their records, assess and select the best ones for our clients, whilst working closely with one of our Senior Managers.

Successful candidates will ideally have some B2B sales experience. We will offer you a structured career path with promotion on results and merit.

Key Responsibilities
•Sourcing candidates through the internal database and internet searches, advertising on job boards
•Registering and assessing candidates
•Maintaining database records
•Short listing candidates to provide support to your Manager
•Preparing applications (CV and a candidate brief)
•Taking references on candidates
•Getting and providing feedback to all applicants
•Liaising with candidates on various matters
•Building relationships with candidates
•Generating business leads
