Role Profile: Head of Digital Marketing

Location: London

Salary: Up to GBP90,000 /year + bonus

Position: Permanent, Full Time

About the role:

- Be a key factor in company`s next phase of growth by establishing a well-aligned digital marketing team - adding drive, experience and high standards of leadership
- Define and execute a digital growth strategy to cover both existing and new marketing acquisition channels
- Lead and mentor a growing team of digital marketing specialists, including three direct reports and a full team size of 12+
- Work closely with Commercial and Product teams to ensure all acquisition is synchronised and co-ordinated to deliver maximum business value
- Create methods for prioritising, testing and evaluating various expansion opportunities across different channels, verticals and territories
- Determine how retention, data marketing and retargeting should fit into our marketing strategy
- Work to unlock the value of the company`s data to maximise competitive advantage in the various performance marketing channels we invest in
- Create the right environment for operational excellence by advocating for strong communication, effective processes, increasing automation, smart planning and focus on staff development


About you:

- Natural leader
- Strategic thinker and keen to help shape the direction of the company
- Experienced in managing, mentoring & recruiting for teams of 10+
- High level of cross channel digital marketing expertise, with deep exposure to PPC and SEO
- Comfortable producing budgets & performance forecasts
- Superb communicator
- Highly numerate, comfortable dealing with data, forecasts and models
- Experience in a competitive digital-focused market such as lead generation is preferred; gaming experience not required
