Heritage Sales Specialist
Salary £31000 subject to experience + benefits

Job Purpose

To work in close cooperation with the Heritage Manager and Parts team to deliver Heritage sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• To provide sales support to the Main Dealer/Heritage Specialist Network and internally to achieve business growth
• Analysis and evaluation of inventory to support rationalisation and availability objectives
• Development and delivery of sales promotions
• To liaise closely with Heritage Specialist Network and Main Dealers on Heritage issues
• To assist with pricing analysis and actions
• Assist in development and delivery of marketing strategy
• Monitor back order management and liaise with Purchasing team
• To assist on re-source of obsolete parts
• To keep Dealers/Specialists and customers informed of developments via DCS, telephone and publications
• To ensure accuracy of model and element codes on Goldcrest database
• To manage customer feedback and assist with development of quality solutions to add incremental profit
• To liaise closely with all parties to support the Heritage business
• Develop and maintain customer service level improvements
• To support live events as required for promotion of the Heritage brand
• To monitor effective and robust issue and return of Heritage tooling with Purchasing team
• To benchmark financial proposals against market research

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of company models from DB4 to Vanquish
• Thorough knowledge of vehicle operation and restoration techniques
• Knowledge of Dealer operations and requirements of Heritage Specialists
• Articulate and confident communication skills with sales ability
• PC skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
• An understanding of logistics, purchasing and distribution
