Full Time: Permanent: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £12646 plus bonus, rising to £14560 plus bonus in 3 months.

You will be handling incoming calls from the public looking to resolve any general customer service issues they may be having with their current contract, your role will be
to diagnose any faults and try and establish a first call resolution whilst promoting the excellent services we have to offer.

The Service Professional must have the ability to deal with customers on all levels, have excellent questioning and listening skills, this role will involve resolving customer
queries highlighting suitable products and providing an excellent level of customer service satisfaction.
