Your Internal Sales Account Manager role:

- Generate and close profitable sales for the company in alignment with MSC`s growth strategy
- Work in conjunction with an External Sales counterpart to identify existing and new sales opportunities and act upon them in a timely and effective manner
- Take individual responsibility for prospecting, qualifying, protecting and growing existing business and achieving growth within a geographical area that you are responsible for
- Win and build customer trust in MSC by helping them to grow faster, drive down costs and become more profitable
- Build and leverage relationships with key decision-makers which identify customer requirements and challenges
- Create innovative solutions using MSC`s broad range of supplier products and services which add value for the customer
- Engage with key suppliers for the best results for MSC and the customer
- Make sound commercial solutions which optimise your time, decisions and sales opportunities
- Make decisions that put the customer at the forefront of your decision making whilst driving growth in line with service in line with MSC customer service standards
- Any other duties in line with business and departmental needs

- Excellent communication skills, including listening and questioning
- Ability to create and develop strong internal and external professional relationships
- Have a passion and mindset to win and be innovative with solutions
- Flexible and agile in your thinking
- A self-starter who uses their initiative to deliver results
- Previous experience in a proactive account management sales position is essential to apply for these positions.
