About the Internal Sales Team :

Our Internal Sales Team is essential to the success of our business ensuring sales growth across the MSC client base, delivering innovative, market leading products and services to support our customer value proposition (CVP).

Our sales strategy requires our internal sales team to build and leverage relationships with key decision makers to build trust and offer services and solutions which help them to fuel their potential.

The focus and deliverables include:

- Generate, grow and protect customer relationships
- Achieve growth and profitability targets

Your part in the team:

We are looking to recruit an energetic, passionate and enthusiastic individual to join the Internal Sales Team as an Internal Sales Account Manager, able to make commercial decisions and deliver results.

Based in our Wednesbury head office, you will be responsible for a client base within a specified geographical area and required to generate high levels of productivity, to prospect, grow and maintain your customers, ensuring sales revenue and margin targets are achieved and exceeded.

Working closely with other members of the Sales Team to understand our customers and their needs - you will be their champion, translating their challenges and questions into solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, account retention and revenue generation.

You will relish responsibility, take accountability, You will have a positive, can-do attitude and be someone who constantly strives to do better. Your innovative and curious nature will help us try new approaches, find creative solutions and constantly improve our customer`s experience.

You will be an articulate team player who is outgoing, dynamic and willing to go the extra mile

- Experience of working in the Metalworking/Manufacturing/Distribution industry
- Proven track record in a B2B proactive account management sales position
- Able to demonstrate success in previous sales environments which focus on selling value not price
