Job Description

*Deal with customers enquiries received over the telephone, fax, email or via the web.
*Dealing with customers via trade counter
*Pricing, quotes and following up quotes.
*Process order acknowledgements and batch orders for invoicing.
*Ensuring customer files are up to date.
*Customer credit application forms.
*Maintaining customer databases
*Assist with warehouse duties as required.
*Dealing with orders or potential orders for hire and sales.
*Any other administrative duty in relation to your job title.
*Assist other members of the team if necessary to ensure the smooth running of the business.
