About the Internal Sales Team :

Our Internal Sales Team is essential to the success of our business ensuring sales growth across the MSC client base, delivering innovative, market leading products and services to support our customer value proposition (CVP).

Our sales strategy requires our internal sales team to build and leverage relationships with key decision makers to build trust and offer services and solutions which help them to fuel their potential.

The focus and deliverables include:

- Generate, grow and protect customer relationships
- Achieve growth and profitability targets

Your part in the team:

We are searching for an authentic and confident leader to join us as an Internal Sales Supervisor, with the ability to form an impactful, high energy team able to work together to make commercial decisions and deliver results.

Based in our Wednesbury head office and reporting to the Head of Internal Sales, you will be responsible for a team of Internal Territory Account Managers, driving productivity to achieve high levels of performance, ensuring sales revenue and margin targets are achieved and exceeded.

You will thrive in a fast paced and agile environment, be passionate and have a desire to create an Internal Sales team, which others aspire to be part of or emulate

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic, with drive, determination and a desire to succeed.

The nice to have`s:

- Experience of working in the Metalworking/Manufacturing/Distribution industry
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership
- Able to demonstrate success in previous sales environments which focus on selling value not price
