Job Description

This brand new position has been created to meet new customer demands and international expansion plans. The chosen candidate will report directly to the business owner and will be involved in many different projects including; Software Installation, Customer Support, Development Documentation and SQL Reporting. This newly created position in a small, friendly team, would suit someone with either minimal experience but sufficient training (up to degree level), or hands on experience without formal training.

Responsibilities will include the following (in order of importance):

• Installation and configuration: Windows Server, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services and IIS
• Installation and configuration of Networks and Network Security
• Documentation for customer installations and development specification
• Creating ESCROW documentation
• Writing SQL Reports
