Key Account/Customer Service Coordinator - Leeds– Salary £17k- 19k + 20 Days Holiday
Due to expansion our client is looking for a Key Account/Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. The successful Key Account/Customer Service Coordinator will have excellent communication skills and a keen, determined attitude to succeed.
As the Key Account/Customer Service Coordinator you will be:
• Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Logging call details on to in-house system
• Take ownership of customer queries and provide effective solutions to ensure excellent customer service is maintained
• Utilise in-house database to record all customer activity
• Visit customers and participate in customer meetings when required
• Complete customer webinar training as and when required to new and existing customers
• Working towards KPIs
• Produce customer reports
• Attend customer review meetings
• Carry out any other duties as required
The successful Key Account/Customer Service Coordinator will have:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment and specifically managing key accounts.
• Experience of working in high pressured situations, and dealing with customer senior managers.
• Must have experience working with technical products/systems.
• Experience of dealing with customers both over the phone and in person, including holding meetings.
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexible and hardworking.
• Ability to prioritise
• A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach.
• Smart appearance and professional attitude.
• Extremely customer service focused
• GCSE’s Grade C or above in Maths & English
• Driving licence and own transport is essential
