TopHat Industries are a brand new manufacturer based on Dove Valley Park, Near Foston, Derby who are now looking for a Logistics/Goods In Administrator to join the team!

The main purpose of this role is:
• To provide overall control of inventory management and goods receipt and despatch activities within the manufacturing facility.
• To liaise with all areas of business to ensure that planning through the business meets the customer need
• To ensure accurate input into organization systems and ensure appropriate capture of supplier performance data.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure an efficient and accurate goods-inwards process is maintained and delivered
• Ensue accurate data is entered onto the system and that paperwork is appropriately processed and stored
• Ensure incoming material is appropriately identified and stored within the agreed locations
• Ensure that material is provided and available at the point of manufacture as required by operations
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of supplier performance data for future reporting.
• Ensure appropriate management, storage and movement of all inventory
• Ensure the appropriate movement of materials around the manufacturing facility
• Ensure product is available as required for dispatch and deployment to site.
• Ensure appropriate dispatch documentation, identification and system inputs are undertaken.
• Provide reports on logistics operations as requested by your line manager
• Keep paperwork organised
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance and other staff to meet business reporting and performance requirements
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required from management from time to time
