Job Description

Our client is a leading player within the recycling market and based in North Derbyshire. Due to a change in the team they are now looking to recruit a new Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a continental shift pattern.

The role will be working alongside the rest of the maintenance and production teams doing a variety of roles to include but not limited to;

- Maintenance of all of the plant and equipment across the site
- Fault finding and diagnosis
- Breakdown Repairs
- Installation work
- Planned and Preventative Maintenance
- Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance

The successful applicant will be electrically trained and/or educated with a number of years experience of working within an industrial environment - some mechanical experience will be required as there may be some general basic fitting work required.

Experience required;

- Electrical Maintenance
- Apprenticeship trained or C&G in electrical engineering
- 16th/17th Edition wiring regulations
- 2391 inspection and testing (an advantage)
- PLC fault finding
- Pneumatic/Hydraulic PLC experience a distinct advantage
- Three phase electrical systems experience - such as Inverters, drive systems, modern control systems, starters etc.
- Other electrical experience would also be taken into consideration.
