Marketing Manager

The Hinds group has 2 major jewellery retail brands - F.Hinds & Chapelle. Together they have over 125 stores across England & Wales and well established websites.

The Marketing Manager will manage the day to day marketing activities of both brands and assist in developing the long term marketing strategy for the group. They will report directly to the Sales Director who has overall responsibility for marketing strategy.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, keen to bring their skills to the business and to take responsibility for a wide range of marketing activities.

Duties of the Marketing Manager include:

- Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
- Assist in developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Oversee the company`s marketing budget
- Work with design agencies to create and publish all marketing materials in line with plans
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns
- Have responsibility for management of brand and corporate identity
- Coordinate & manage the Omni-channel approach of the business including at times directly running the brands` social media & email campaigns
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Identify and analyse potential partner relationships for company marketing

Requirements of the role (desirable not absolute requirements):

- Bachelor degree level or equivalent
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience of a retail environment
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Strong creative outlook
- Self-driven attitude to work
