Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer / Electrical Supervisor

Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 - 40 hours per week

Location: Mobile - North

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
- To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
- To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
- To ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria.
- To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
- To evaluate engineer performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
- To take a pro-active approach to engineer/ client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
- To be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs always.
- To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately.
- Working in a safe manner at all times, complying and promoting current Health & Safety legislation and Servest FM H&S policy.
- To provide technical guidance as necessary to all employees.
- To deliver Toolbox Talks and employee audits as directed by the Service Delivery Manager.
- To ensure all electrical works are undertaken to applicable industry standards across the workforce while monitoring and approving necessary certification.
- To act as Electrical AP as required while ensuring company policy and process are adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent, 18th Edition.
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management at a supervisory level.
- Ability to fore fill (NIC EIC) QS and AP duties.
- Full clean driving licence.
