Pay Rate: GBP13.50

Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 16:30 - 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview

We`re recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client`s site in the West of Scotland

You`ll oversee cleaning and associated duties for the team and make sure tasks are carried out to the required standards.

The role of working supervisor Operative will be responsible for staff training, H&S, reporting to line manager, cleaning duties, supporting and liaising with on-site teams and clients.

Quality checking all sites maintaining cleaning to a high standard

A professional manner always is key to contract specification delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


- Assisting in maintaining a high standard of cleaning
- Providing holiday / sickness cover
- Undertaking high level cleaning
- Undertaking deep cleaning of areas as required
- On call to deal with various cleaning events
- Operating cleaning machinery


- Time Sheets
- Rotas
- Holiday forms
- HR issues
- Participate in Cleaning Audits

Health & Safety

- Staff Training
- Ensuring adherence to company health & safety policy at all times
- The following of risk assessments and method statements
- Reporting all incidents / accidents promptly and taking corrective action where required
- Helping always create a positive safety culture across the team

About You:

- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Previous cleaning experience
- Previous experience supervising staff and coaching
- Understanding of Clients requests
- Must have original ID for baseline / PVG check
- Observant and thorough.
- Self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised
- Team player
- Effective communication skills, able to interact in a pleasant manner with staff at all levels, and to encourage and motivate a diverse cleaning team.
