Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fire Team Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client`s site in London North

Key Responsibilities:

- Reports directly to the Technical Operations Manager.
- Carrying out small installation works, service calls and pre-planned maintenance of routine inspections on systems such as Access Control, CCTV, Nurse Calls, Fire Systems & Intruder Systems to the relevant standard.
- Manage PPM and Reactive delivery keeping the works in line with set SLA`s
- To update all related works trackers ( Teams Based )
- Ensure paperwork is correctly completed.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the current industry standards as well as working to the NSI code of practice.
- To be always fully aware of our contractual requirements and our customer needs.
- Will be expected to be part of the on-call rota.
- PPMs Reactive works with a keen eye on SLAs


About You:

- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Experience in the installation and servicing of CCTV Systems (Analogue & IP Preferred).
- Experience in the installation and servicing of Fire Alarm Systems (Analogue & Addressable).
- Experience in the installation and servicing of Intruder Alarm Systems (Wired & Wireless).
- Knowledge and understanding of engineering operations within Critical Environments.
- Experience in the installation and servicing of Computerised Access control systems.
- Sound technical and environmental awareness.
- Have a good understanding of Health & Safety issues.
- Full clean driving license.
- ECS/CSCS/Trade Card.
- FIA Modules would be advantageous.
