Job Description

Position Scope:

The purpose of this role is to accurately process and assess all claims submitted by our customer’s.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and courteous manner

Ensuring all KPI targets applicable to your role are met

Thoroughly assess all claims in line with policy terms and conditions

Follow a claim from first point of contact to absolute resolution

Making sound and informed decisions in line with policy terms and conditions

Planning and organising daily/weekly work schedules

Producing, presenting and maintaining records and documentation

Accurately recording data and information provided by customers and garages

Ensuring you meet any regulatory and TCF requirements applicable to your role

Maintaining an acceptable level of attendance, punctuality and general time-keeping,

Following company regulations on Health and Safety and maintain a safe and tidy working environment

Liaising with other departments in a professional manner

Promote a positive image of Warranty Direct and group Companies.
