Job Description

Position: Move Consultant

Location: Chertsey, Surrey

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 7pm, Friday 8.30am to 6pm and Saturday 8.30am to 5pm (5 day working rota.)

ROLE:

We operate a successful customer contact centre based at our Chertsey head office and due to outstanding performance and group expansion we are currently looking to expand this busy team with the recruitment of a number of proactive individuals.

This is a fast moving, target/commission oriented yet fun environment. The role is very sales focused but customer service skills are vital. It is essential that you have strong communication skills, are resilient and are not fazed by the idea of taking and making both incoming and outgoing calls. You must have a sales background and be excited and driven by the idea of both individual and team targets as your salary is performance related.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Using the property database to source potential business leads.

b) Following up cold leads and communicating with private advertisers.

c) Identifying missed business opportunities.

d) Proactively contacting clients to advise them of our client’s services and arranging follow up appointments with the relevant department.

e) Generating new business.

f) Being a contact point for business generated by marketing materials.

g) Communicating with clients throughout the buying process.

h) Maximising business opportunities across the group network.

i) Promoting the complete property solution in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

j) Meeting KPI's and set targets.
