Sales Advisor

Requirements:

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants based in EC1 who have been providing specialist advice to the UK contractor market since 1996. We enhance our customers “take home pay” by the utilisation of either an Umbrella or Personal Service Company (PSC) solution. We reward success.

We are recruiting to strengthen our Sales team with the appointment of a Sales Advisor. The ideal candidate will have experience and consistent over achievement selling to our customer base, using both the Umbrella & PSC solutions. Alternatively you will be an accomplished salesperson, used to converting volume sales from vertical platforms such as Recruitment Agencies and End hirers / users.

• Must be able to develop valuable self fulfilling pipelines.
• Must possess exemplary Customer Service skills - establishing and maintaining relationships.
• Is an excellent communicator who is organised so that multiple sales can be simultaneously developed and coordinated?
• Must be comfortable with a technical set of products and services and discussing relevant issues
• Be commercially aware
• Would like the opportunity to grow with the company
• Must protect and maintain the integrity of our brand name at all times.


Responsibilities:

• Gain introductions to Recruitment companies or end hirers / users.
• Develop and maintain your own pipeline.
• Target, qualify and sell our both our Umbrella & PSC solutions to the above.
• Assist in processing our own web / telephone generated leads.
• Maintain / over achieve on a monthly target of approx. 40 sales per month
• Provide regular reports.
• Maintain an internal CRM system
• Ad hoc duties as required

Starting salary – Dependant on experience – expected O.T.E £42,500
