Job Description

Our West London based client was established to provide high quality, bespoke staffed security services to demanding and discerning customers throughout the United Kingdom. They are able to provide a large variety of internal and external Security Options including Security Officers, Mobile Services, Graffiti Removal, Electronic Security and Remote Monitoring. They are holders of SIA Approved Contractor status.

Due to continuing growth our client is now looking for an industry experienced hands on, team orientated HR/Personnel Assistant. The role holder will be involved in a number of areas of the personnel function including, disciplinaries ensuring that all procedures are in line with that prescribed, ensuring that the vetting undertaken by the vetting officer reaches the prescribed standards, licensing administration is up to standard and other HR/Personnel admin is up to date. For this role formal HR qualifications are not required however candidates must be experienced in the field of HR/personnel within the security sector. A knowledge of the recruitment process would also be useful. My client is a rapidly growing company and there may well be the possibility of rapid promotion to Personnel Manager level.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700. Salary reviews are held annually with increases based on performance and inflation.

Salary £21k-£24k dependent on experience, 22 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension and private medical care (after qualifying period).
