Job Description

Are you experienced with servicing and repairing PHOTOCOPIERS or MULTI-FUNCTIONAL DEVICES?

We are looking for a Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our team and cover the City of London in a Walking role.

Working within a field-based environment, you will be required to carry out routine maintenance and emergency repair work on a range of photocopiers; multifunctional devices and digital office equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.

You will be expected to respond to customer breakdown calls and identify the root cause of the reported problem.

The key purpose of this role will be to enhance the reputation of the dealer through effective repairs, servicing, maintenance and satisfactory customer communication.
