Job Description

Tthis is part time role working from home. 16 hours a week are required for the right person. there may be some travel to head office from time to time.
Marketing
•Develop a full Marketing strategy.
• Undertake ad hoc Marketing activities as requested by the Assistant Chief Executive or Board.
• Ensure a timely transfer of information from the company to the UK Aquatic trade.
• Provide marketing input for documents for trade and consumer.
• Leverage relationships with board members and other associated companies to reach potential new members, (member get member initiatives).
• Work with the ACE to fine tune member enticements and benefits to enhance appeal. 45%
PR •Encourage new membership in through the publicity of member benefits.
• Develop & manage a PR Campaign.
• Liaise with UK Pet & Aquatic media (online, offline, trade & consumer) to raise the profile of our client
• Secure regular channels for publicity, i.e. regular columns in magazines.
• Develop and manage a Social media strategy.
• Generate regular content for FB & Twitter.
• Keep the company website up to date with current PR initiatives.
• Publicise the activities of to outside agencies and groups (Government Departments, Trade Associations). 45%

Admin • Create brochures, info packs, labels, etc
• Sending out of brochures upon requests 10%
