• Salary Realistic 1st year OTE of £50,000, 2nd year £100,000 plus. Uncapped.

Due to continuing growth, Absolute Media Group, a B2B publishing house, has a number of sales opportunities within our growing Healthcare division, The Cambridge Research Centre.

We are looking for highly organised, enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join us. Candidates are likely to be graduates, motivated and commercially driven, with the ability and persistence to see projects through to completion. Climbing the career ladder will also be important to successful applicants, due to the growth of the company.

You must speak fluent English, have an excellent telephone manner along with strong written, analytical and communication skills. The ideal person will have at least two years experience in telesales advertising within the healthcare market. However, this isn't essential and both a willingness to learn and a desire to win are more important.

The Role
• The main objective is to maximise revenue generation by presenting well-researched advertising sales initiatives to leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.
• The role is predominantly office-based telesales, with occasional trips to clients worldwide.
• Achieve individual monthly sales and client satisfaction targets.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline by generating leads with target companies at senior manager/director level.
