Job Description

We are looking to recruit a dynamic lettings and sales negotiator with a minimum of one year's solid experience. ARLA or NAEA qualifications will be an adavantage though not essential.

The ideal candidate will

be a confident communicator,
be able to establish and meet clients needs, whether they be landlords, vendors, tenants or buyers
be of smart appearance, energetic, reliable and polite
have good IT skills
be able to generate new buisness through canvasing and networking
able to work in a busy office environment as part of a team

Salary basic £15K per annum plus commission plus car allowance

Hours of employment

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm plus alternate Saturdays 9.30 am is to 4.00 pm. Flexibility in working hours is required in order to carry out evening appointments.

Annual leave 20 working days plus 8 days public holidays.

Mobile phone for business usage will be provided

The successful candidate must have a clean driver?s license and have a suitable motor car for travel to and from viewings.
