Job Description

Duties will include: - Reception and telephone duties - Visitors (welcoming and refreshments), Answering all phone queries. Processing orders and liaising with dispatch suppliers. Manage orders via e-store, telephone, email and fax. Daily post and courier services - Opening and sorting mail, Couriering special orders. Maintaining a tidy office. Our client is looking for a Receptionist with excellent interpersonal skills and administrative abilities.

They want someone who is computer literate and able to deal efficiently at all levels. The ideal candidate will have good words per minute, have outstanding organisation skills and be proficient in all administrative duties. The candidate must be able to handle customer complaints well and be good at dealing with people.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that has a prestigious reputation and personfies excellence. Hence, although some training will be provided they want an assertive, friendly and all round decent administrator who keeps on top of their work duties. You will be required to help organise the Sales Director.
