Implement the regional merchant and contractor plan to achieve sales within the designated area in conjunction with the Regional Specification Sales Manager. To manage the relationship with merchant and contractor customers in the area, building partnerships as appropriate and ensuring customers’ needs are identified and satisfied. The use and upkeep of Goldmine CRM is an essential tool for the role. Promote the sales in the territory, identifying specific opportunities, defining customer requirements, negotiating terms and ensuring sale subsequent closed.
