Job Description

McNicholas have a number of exciting opportunities to join our team on our new telecoms projects in the Surrey area, working in partnership with Virgin Media. The main responsibilities of the role are to install and repair Virgin Medias products, Modem, DTV, ATV and Telephony and basic Network elements as required. Critical to the role is the ability to ensure that all work is completed within a timely and professional manner and that a professional relationship is maintained with both internal and external customers at all times. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent knowledge of Health and Safety, have experience of working with hand and power tools, a full driving licence, be able to work unsupervised using their own initiative, demonstrate an ability to resolve difficult situations and have excellent customer service skills.
