A great opportunity has arisen for a full time Restaurant Manager at our 4 star Hallmark Hotel Gloucester. The successful Restaurant Manager will be required to manage the restaurant ensuring exceptional service and presentation of all aspects of food & beverage to guests whilst making certain that they receive the highest possible standards of customer care at all times. You will also be responsible for recruitment; departmental budgets, wage control, training, sales, rostering, managing holidays, departmental communication, departmental health & safety and duty management.

The perfect Restaurant Management will either have experience in a similar role or be a fantastic number two waiting for their first opportunity, either way they must have a passion for hospitality and customer service, an outgoing personality and excellent communication and organisational skills.
