Salary: GBP17,000+ /year (negotiable depending on experience)

Sales Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator; predominately supporting the sales team in a wide range of duties. The successful candidate will also be given full training in estimating and preparing quotations with potential to ultimately expand into Sales full time.

We are looking for a passionate motivated person who isn`t afraid of a demanding work load and has ambition to develop their career.

Position Summary

- Responsible for all incoming orders and issuing into our factory
- Chasing orders when required
- Liaising with customers and factory on order queries
- Raising delivery notes and invoices
- Working with external sales team in preparing and issuing quotations.
- Build successful relationships with customers


An average day

- This is a very varied role which means every day brings a different challenge and is never dull!


About you

- We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will welcome the responsibility of this role
- Good IT skills with working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, excellent communication and time management skills,
- Determined and sociable with a can do attitude
- Good attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently on own initiative and also to contribute as part of the wider TEK team.
