Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, financially driven TOP salesperson to work with a team of Sales Advisors in a target orientated environment, attain personal quality sales goals, deliver great customer service and contribute towards a positive team dynamic.

WORKING HOURS – 5 days per week, Monday – Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü To meet and greet potential customers, identify and understand their requirements, advise them of mobile phone packages and benefits and to conclude business in professional manner but with a friendly and personal touch

ü To optimise sales performance, set goals and meet sales targets and to actively participate in the shop team to ensure achievement of business objectives

ü To perform all relevant administration in line with the company’s policies and procedures so that customer needs are exceeded and to guard against fraudulent or low quality sales

ü To behave responsibly and continually update your business and industry knowledge

ü To deputise for the Store Manager as required

ü Additional tasks and responsibilities in line with needs of the business

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
ü Experience within a targeted and active/direct sales environment is essential. Mobile telecoms industry experience an even greater advantage

ü Good track record in sales performance and the ability to attain desired results

ü Excellent customer services and communication skills

ü Confident, professional manner with a good work ethic
