THE COMPANY
Our client, a rapidly fast growing establishment, are looking to recruit somebody to join their Sales & Marketing division as a Recruitment Consultant. The company is undergoing a rapid expansion due to being well financed and they have gone from a team of 2 to 11 within a year and are looking for hard working individuals to continue the development.

THE ROLE
You will be expected to build and maintain an ever growing desk in the Sales & Marketing division. Being a full 360 role, you will be expected to create strong relationships with businesses via face to face meetings and telephone calls. Source and recruit a pool of contract and perm candidates that match a client’s requirements. You will work closely with fellow consultants and senior management as well as individually. This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to change sectors or to help drive a relatively new business forward.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following traits/qualifications:

- A strong work ethic

- Good grasp of the North East market

- Confident enough to build strong relationships with clients, old and new.

- A business related degree is desirable, however strong candidates without one will be considered.

- Relevant work experience is desirable, but again, strong candidates without relevant experience will be considered.

- A keen interest in business

- Will be expected to bring in business

- Must live within a sensible commute of Newcastle
