Were looking for a switched-on Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to Account Managers in a defined geographic region.

The Role:

> The role of the Institutional Sales Coordinator is to provide administrative support to Account Managers in a defined geographic region.
> The Institutional Sales Coordinator will support Account Managers and enable them to focus primarily on closing new and renewal business.
> The main duties of the Institutional Sales Coordinator are:
- Providing administration support in drafting standard licence and amendments
- Creating and updating customer data on the internal customer tracking tool
- Submit new and renewal non-journal product orders for processing
- Compiling business reports for customer usage and consortia holdings reports as required.
- Responding to customer enquiries on pricing, licensing options, invoicing and access issues; providing standard price quotes; liaising with the sales support department to ensure customer access issues are resolved quickly.
- Assist with market research and prospecting work for new customers or new markets;
- Compile prospective customer contacts; liaise with agents active in specific territories as necessary.
- Frequently communication with Account Managers, Sales Support, manager and others as required.

Selection Criteria:

> Previous experience within a sales administration role would be advantageous but not essential.
> Strong track record in an administration role.
> Good attention to details is essential, coupled with the ability to plan and organise the work load.
> Proven communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential for the role.
> German language would be advantageous to the role
> Educated to GCSE level A-C grade or equivalent
