Sales Engineer

Calling all energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking sales people, do you have external sales experience, have a proactive approach to work and want to work for a company that offers serious career progression? If yes, then you could be the person we are looking for!
The successful candidate will work with our team and with potential customers to identify and develop opportunities to work together. Strong relationship building and communication skills are therefore essential.

Sales Engineer Duties

- Identify suitable credit-worthy leads and prospects through utilising existing client contacts
- Investigate suitable new leads and opportunities and generate your own sales
- Promote our full range of products
- Assess potential customers ventilation requirements, identifying faults, risks and areas for improvements;
- Compile quotes and reports, communicating their contents effectively to customers;
- Follow an acceptable sales practice recording approach,
- Attend sales meetings and deliver updates on progress of leads and meetings to Sales Director
- The role offers autonomy and ownership of your own sales and with no limits on area or region the sky really is your limit!


About you

- Previous sales experience is essential
- Experience in our products and ability to discuss its function and usage with customers is desirable.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing and conversational attitude to work, including confidence on the phone, via email and in person;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to listen to potential customers issues and deliver an appropriate solution;
- Initiative and determination to meet challenging monthly targets and drive a new product independently.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Must be literate, with good use of English language and grammar.
- Must be numerate and proficient in mathematics.
