Working Hours 12:30pm to 9pm Monday to Friday.

An opportunity has now arisen for a new Sales Executive to join our sales team selling our fibre to the cabinet/home broadband, telephony and IPTV services to Residential and Business clients.

This is an office based new business role to grow subscriber contracts. This role would suit someone who has already been selling pro-actively in potentially a SME call centre environment.

Previous experience or a good understanding of telephony, broadband and TV services would be a distinct advantage for this role.

Having undertaken basic training and induction, the successful candidate will be working autonomously and will therefore need to be a self starter with a tenacious sales approach. A fully designed product portfolio of subscriber solutions including pricing and marketing collateral will be prepared for the Sales Executive to use in the execution of selling the solutions. The Sales Executive role will involve a majority of pro-active calling, with writing and preparing quotes and responding to customer enquiries also required. Excellent oral and written skills are key as are a methodical and disciplined approach to work.

In addition to this it will be the responsibility of the Sales Executive to work in conjunction with the marketing team to assist with execution of the marketing campaign work, this being managed through the company CRM database. It will be the Sales Executive’s responsibility to keep the customer CRM database updated with accurate customer contact information.

Some face to face customer meetings may be required, but these will be undertaken under the guidance of the management team.

The Sales Executive will be required to prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasting to be delivered at the monthly team meetings.
